3C cell phone frame aluminum plate size, flatness online inspection case

        High-end cell phone frames are generally manufactured by CNC machining of aluminum plate, as the support of the cell phone components, has a very high size and flatness requirements. If the flatness of the aluminum substrate is not accurate enough, it will lead to scrap after CNC machining, resulting in a double waste of time and money.


        In the past, the flatness of aluminum plate was inspected by manual plug ruler or three coordinates, due to low efficiency, high cost and only sampling inspection, which can no longer meet the current production line beat requirements.

High-efficiency, high-precision full inspection on the line is an alternative solution that is urgently needed in the industry.

Application Difficulties

1. The products have different postures, appear tilted, can not adaptive measurement or measurement deviation;
2. The accuracy requirement is ±0.01mm, which requires high measurement accuracy for 3D line laser sensor;
3. The beat is fast, 2s/slice is required, the scanning rate is not enough will lead to leakage and wrong inspection.
