On July 26th, UCOMETRIC participated in the Beijing International Precision Optics Fair CIEF (2023 14th Optoelectronics Industry Fair) in the capital city of Beijing, and then on July 27th, UCOMETRIC participated in the China (Xi'an) Military Science and Technology Industry Fair in Xi'an. The exhibition site was in full swing and the audience was enthusiastic.

Exhibited Products

At the exhibition site, Atometrics displayed four main products: White Light Interferometer AM-7000 series, 3D Line Laser Sensor AR-7000 series, Spectral Confocal Displacement Sensor AP-5000 series, and Film Thickness Measuring Instrument AF-3000 series. Covering from micron to nanometer and even sub-nanometer measurement accuracy, they can meet the needs of various industries such as semiconductor, new energy, 3C products, PCB, automotive, medical and other industries in the R&D, production and in the quality control process of surface roughness, 3D contour, steps, height, plane size and other parameters of the measurement needs.

Atometrics engineers were on hand to demonstrate the instrument and explain its operating principles and processes, which can be used in a wide range of applications, including new energy, semiconductors, 3C products, PCBs, medical, automotive and other industries at all stages of production.
